PaperBuildings

The first model I ever designed, a model of my own house.

MyHouse preview

A model of a lighthouse designed by myself. By the way, the lighthouse doesn't really exist.

This is the model of Dale's house.

The model was created by Erik on request of Dale who lived there and is completely based on his description and photos.

There's also a separate file available with some original (detail) photo's and information about the house, which may help you in building the model.

And again a design by Erik: A model of an existing building in Goes, The Netherlands.

The building was originally designed by Rothuizen in 1913.

There are two versions of this model: a large one with one building sheet per page and a smaller one with two sheets per page (scaled down to approximately 75%.of the large version).

Have fun with this one, it's pretty difficult.

Hi everybody,

This is a house, which stood in our village Bandorf (near Bonn in Germany) until 1954. In this house people used to bake their bread together. I made this paper model for our club "Backes-Verein". Our goal is to rebuild it in the future.

Enjoy!

Again a model from Erik:

Yes, it's a building from the game SimCity 3000: Hampton's Apartments.

This model is:

  • the smallest model on this site (about 11 by 12 cm),
  • pretty difficult,
  • and last but not least: in my opinion the cutest model on this site by far! I just love it!

Just go ahead, build it and see for yourself!

Hello,

I am glad to present you another model of me. It's the Thomas Church in Dresden / Germany, and again, it's a rather simple model (4 sheets). Since I had no floor plan of the building, just photos, it may be inaccurate compared to the real thing.

If printed on DIN / ISO A4 or legal size cardboard, it should be suitable for H0 or maybe TT scale model railroads.

Kind regards, Lukas

Again a model from Erik:

Another building from the game SimCity 3000: People's Plaza.

This is the masterpiece from designer Erik:

It's the Mullet Hi-Rise building from SimCity 3000 (In the Dutch version called: Hotel Babylon).

It's pretty complicated model that will keep even the most experienced model builder happily occupied for many days!

The instructions with photo's from the various stages of building this model, are in a separate file.

Because of the complexity of this model we found it necessary to include a small bonus file in your download, in order to greatly facilitate the building process at your home. Be sure to use it, you'll find it might really help you!
